What’s with corporatethinkers.com domain and name change?

I have felt the site has outgrown its original purpose. That being said in order to support the purpose of providing excellent design ideas, sample ui’s, and web app projects I’ve changed the name. The new name will now be uidesignguide.com. The old domain will work and stay active for quite some time so don’t worry too much. I plan on switching this over to the primary domain later next week. You may be wondering what this allows me to do?

This allows me to focus on many, many, more issues. I have several posts coming after the redesign is complete. The first post will be #1 in my series on creation of a web application from concept to delivery and beyond. It should be a fun project as you follow along with the design process. I have several other articles I’m working on in addition to these. So hang tight with me a bit while I get all organized and up to speed now that I’m back from SXSW.

Twitter is a great way to share new and exciting resources with all our viewers. Each day I provide links and commentary on all things UI. You can find UI resources, UI design examples, new techniques, and a lot more by Following @UIDESIGNGUIDE on Twitter.

The idea for this design blog first came about two years ago at SXSW Interactive.

Currently UI Design guide is in its fourth redesign. This site takes quite a bit of time to maintain as well as write the content. Just like UI Design this site is a passion that keeps evolving.

Inside, I cover articles on many topics icluding: lessons, prototyping methods, agile UX methods, design reviews, design challenges, application features, and of course design experiences, just to name a few.

With all the blogs out there you may be asking yourself who are you to give advice? That's a fair question. If you have a moment feel free to read about my design history.
